LEAD. LIVE. LOVE. VALUES AT WORK

There are two simple ways to bring your values to life in your business.

1. Look for where they are already happening
2. Start every conversation with them, or bring them into every conversation.

It's that simple. 

When you've got your values right, the unique thinking of your business...you should look at them and go:

"That's exactly how we think around here!"

So you should see them happening now (as you always could), but now you can point them out, label them and acknowledge them in action!

When you do this, the team will know that they are leading, living and loving the values. They will know you know. And, they will know what to do next time...more of it!

Then, when having conversations, make sure you filter the conversations through the values. Start with something like this:

"If we really value (insert values), is this what we would be doing? If not, what should we be doing instead, more of etc..."

Values are the guardian of purpose. They are the second decision-making filter. They are the unique thinking and language of your business. 

Use them every day.
