Frameworks create an organizational structure in which people can think for themselves...and we know that how I think determines how I act. This freedom to think within the frameworks also facilitates a collaborate approach to achieve common objectives.
However, when it comes to getting greater traction in businesses or organisations, small business owners and leaders make the mistake of thinking that a performance framework is the only way to get better results for the bottom line.
It's a mistake because there are so many other things that a business needs in order to perform as the well-oiled machine that we know it can be.
