Four years ago, we ran a Leadership Case Study with a group of 25 small business owners and leaders over 4 months. We were in their engine rooms, kitchens, and factory floors understanding what their challenges were and how we could help them. We gave them full access to every tool, resource, and model we had, and the coaching to support them.
They got everything we had and all the support we could muster in return for two things:
- A small investment
- Our ability to document all we learned from each case study.
This led to us developing our NEXT90® Business Evolution System and our F.A.S.T. Execution™ Methodology; a world-class process that productively transforms the lives of leaders, their businesses, and the people they serve.
My mind was blown. I couldn't have expected the amazing learning I received from that group some 4 or more years ago. The people we have been able to serve and help them continually have their ‘Best Years Ever’ has been our life’s work since then.
Many of those early case study members are still clients of ours today! They have benefitted from being the early adopters, the first into our system.
With this success, our reputation has continued to build. So much so that recently, a lot of solo entrepreneurs and people with epic side hustles have been reaching out to us and asking us to help them, however, the investment into our process now is more palatable for an organization of 5 or more people.
This challenged us though because we see and love the work that the solo entrepreneurs and side hustlers of the world are doing as the future of business, and we want to be of service to them. We just weren’t sure how we could do it.
I challenged our team, and asked what we could do to assist these people we would love to help but aren’t in our typical client niche.
The team’s response was nothing short of genius.
They suggested we should follow our previous successful formula and run a similar case study with the solopreneur in mind, to find out who they are, what they need, and how we can help… and then help them!
This got me excited!
Finally, we are going to have a process to help the independent, solo practitioner that wants to build a business, not just keep working on their own… AND in a way that meets the investment capabilities more achievable for a solopreneur or a business idea in the building phase.
