A Big Enough Why...

When you have a big enough #why, you can find many #hows and many #whats.

The challenge many businesses have is they "lose sight of their why" and focus on how and what they do.

Why?

There are many reasons this can happen, but one I want to explore is #passion. They forget the other part of the purpose equation.

When #CEOs and #Leaders think about their business's #purpose, they rightly think about the problems they solve for the people they choose to serve.

This creates a logical, obvious #purposestatement for their business. 

I read and think..."Like, I get it, but it doesn't get me."

They lack emotion, they lack a sense of passion.

In other words...

"People don't just need to get your purpose, your purpose needs to get people." - a #Clarism

Which one of these is more engaging to you?

We exist to...

"Provide preventative and proactive healthcare."

or

"Save lives ahead of time."

The first one, I get it.

The second, it gets me.

At Circle Leadership our business exists to evolve the world of work.
