People love a great story. People connect with and through stories.

Every story starts with a great narrative.

Once upon a time, in a galaxy far far away....

If you want people to BUY INTO your business's STORY, do you have a clear and concise NARRATIVE that everyone in your organisation knows and owns?

Imagine being able to clearly tell everyone why your business exists, how you uniquely think about it, the world you're creating, and the business you're building to create that world.

Imagine everyone in your business being able to share that narrative exactly the same.

Well, it is possible...

There are four questions every leader, and every team member must be able to answer the exact same way to articulate forcefully and clearly on every occasion to the market and the consumers.

This is your narrative...

Our business exists to (insert the problem you are passionate about solving). What makes us unique in the way we think about that problem we are passionate about solving is (insert your unique thinking here). When we have been solving that problem we are passionate about, through the lens of our unique thinking, in 10 (or 20) years' time we see a world where (insert the future impact you will have on the world). In order to start creating that world, we must become (insert the business you are becoming).

Oh and the kicker is, you should be able to fill all the blanks in with 66 words or less.

We have a template to help you craft the answers to the four questions

Get the narrative right for your business. This will start to help you craft the story for your business. This is what you need to do to create a culture (WORDS) and strategy (NUMBERS) alignment.

"Words form a narrative, but numbers tell the story. Your job as a purpose-driven leader is to make the narrative and the story match."
