Evolve or Resolve?

Every year I set a theme for my personal #evolution as a leader. 

If I want Circle Leadership to evolve and become what it is capable of (#Trailblazers of revolutionary leadership), I must evolve to become the leader I'm capable of to lead that #business.

This past year (2023) I was focused on #FREEDOM. Freedom to express myself (#DailyDave), to think, to let go of many things not serving me, to explore, and much more. 

I was doing well in a few areas of my life, but most of the way through 2023 I hadn't felt the full sense of freedom I was #hoping for. 

That was until this past November when it all came together for me. 

A mental weight, perhaps a self-imposed burden I carried for the past couple of years was lifted. And, ever since then, I have felt a tremendous sense of freedom myself and a child-like #excitement for the future of Circle Leadership as 2023 comes to a close.

This is why evolution is a #process.

"What's next?" I hear you asking...

My theme for 2024 is #PRECISION.

Just as hitting the #bullseye on a dartboard requires keen #focus, adopting precision as my theme means honing my focus on our most important goals. 

This involves #streamlining efforts, #concentrating resources, and #minimizing distractions.

In a world brimming with possibilities, #precision is my guide. 

It calls for meticulous #focus and #exactness in every aspect of my life and #business. It’s about channeling my resources and efforts in the most #impactful way. 

Every #action is calculated, and every #strategy is fine-tuned to ensure maximum #effectiveness and efficiency. This laser-like focus is crucial in not just meeting but exceeding my life goals, the company goals, and most importantly our #clients' goals in 2024.

When I add the accuracy and exactness of precision to our already powerful ability to make choices through our #decisionmaking process, I am filled with excitement for 2024.

I know what I need to do. 

I know what we need to accomplish.

Precisely.
