It Just Makes Sense Now  Recently I spoke with Julyan and his team in New Zealand who have now doubled their #team and made massive leaps forward in building their distribution #network across NZ and; have a working prototype in just over 6 months...because of how they create a cohesive team that flows together. 

When we started working with them they were feeling concerned about burning through #cash and #people quickly. They were on the cusp of hyper #recruiting a team of people because they just received a significant round of #funding for their start-up. They were worried about diluting everything that they started once they began building a team around the core employees already in place.

They had not designed how to align #people, #systems, and #processes into a cohesive flow to ensure they maximise their funding and drive results fast. 

They used our Business Evolution Roadmap™ to develop their #organisationalbehaviour process and align it to the process of #humanbehaviour.

They need their team to continually evolve for the business to #evolve, so the processes had to be in alignment. The result was a #recruiting process that attracted people to the business because they could see themselves having a #future in the organisation. 

They have a high #retention rate of talent because working there makes sense to them. It feels right the way the organisation behaves. 

When your #organisation becomes what it’s #capable of using a mirrored process that is how humans become who they're capable of, then it just makes sense to people.
